“Plants arrived in excellent condition and had been packaged very well with great care and attention to detail. It was a delight to receive such healthy and undamaged plants without resort to the mass produced packaging that the bigger suppliers of plants use and which fail to pass the handling that the couriers subject them too. Will definitely use Ashwood again.”

“I was looking to purchase some shrubs for my garden which had been out of stock on another site I was monitoring. I found Ashwood Nurseries via the RHS website and I’m so glad I did, not only did they have many of the plants I wanted in stock they were competitively priced. I found cheaper on other garden nursery websites but the reviews were poor and I was prepared to pay for quality. I placed my order and my plants arrived 2 days later. I was impressed with how they were packaged, the detailed information of plant care within the packaging was a nice touch and the plants were beautiful and healthy. They are now all planted and look to be doing very well. I will be sourcing my plants from Ashwood Nurseries in future.”

“An informative and helpful website which is obviously regularly updated made the initial purchases straightforward. The plants arrived quickly, were in excellent condition and had been very carefully packed to ensure safe transport. They were effectively watered and leaves etc carefully gathered and secured. The accompanying literature regarding planting out, specific requirements and future care was clear, detailed and extremely helpful. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Very pleased with the Churchill rose I bought from Ashwood Nurseries. I first spotted the Churchill Rose in bloom at Chartwell during lockdown in 2019. I just love the colour and immediately fell in love with it. I have been promising to try and locate the plant since 2019. The rose bush has five buds on it. It has flowered since I repotted it. Very well packaged for delivery. Very pleased. Thank you. Photo attached.”

“I have bought several hellebores from Ashwood during the winter, and the person I spoke to on several occasions was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I then was put on a waiting list for the 10 young plants, which I was recently able to purchase. They have been potted up and appear to be doing very well.”

“I found Ashwood while I was looking for a rare species of rose. I had a look through all the types of roses on the website and decided to try the other two. I am particularly impressed by the David Austin rose which is bloomed with big deep yellow flowers. I couldn't resist looking at them every day. I bought them in a pot and the price of them is the same compared to the DA website. You spend a bit more on delivery but the service is brilliant. They arrived well packed and looked very fresh. The only suggestion I would make is to have more types of flowers available to buy online as we live quite far away from the nursery itself.”
