“The level of customer service rates way more stars than five - the staff were friendly, patient and helpful, all in the worst weather conditions to send out plants and the busiest time of year. Hellebores arrived promptly with everyone and our Christmas 'thank you' to our staff was very much appreciated. I'm very grateful to Ashwood Nurseries, we've used them for some years now and everything has always been first class.”

“I ordered two vouchers so my husband could buy plants, and the afternoon tea for two vouchers. Customer service was lovely, felt really personal even though online. You can feel the family vibe. My husband is from the area, and though we live in London he has fond memories of Ashwood Nurseries growing up. The vouchers are part of his Christmas gift, and so after Christmas we'll be coming along to enjoy.”
