“Ordering online was simple when I ordered a single rose but when I later wanted three more because I was so impressed with the first one, it was a little more difficult. However, when I called, the lady couldn't have been more helpful and three more arrived a couple of days later. Gorgeous, healthy plants, well packaged and quick delivery. Ashwood Nurseries will definitely be my first choice in future. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“It’s a pleasure to write a five star review, so many online plant sales have left me disappointed. This wasn’t the first purchase I have made through Ashwood Nurseries albeit the previous occasion was some time ago. The level of service is as good today as it was over a year ago. Prompt delivery of very healthy plants show standards haven’t slipped. I would thoroughly recommend Ashwood based on. my experiences and will continue to be a customer in the future.”

“Unfortunately, the courier used by the nursery didn’t deliver when scheduled and the day after the scheduled delivery, I saw the courier drive past my delivery address and I ran down the road after him. He had left the Ruby wedding anniversary rose I’d purchased in his van in a sealed box for two days, the box slightly damaged and on opening the box, the rose was showing signs of deterioration and stems broken off. Considering the courier knew it was a live plant, he was very flippant when he admitted he should have delivered it the day before. Had I not chased after him, I know I wouldn’t have got it that day either because he had driven past my delivery address and was heading away from it and being city centre location, it’s one way only so he was driving away without stopping. It’s not the nurseries fault but I would use another courier service.”

“I was pleased to receive a well packaged shrub rose which I’d ordered online. The shrub was held securely in its box and suffered no damage on its journey. It is a beautiful, healthy shrub which was in bud on arrival and has now flowered. The ordering was easy to do online and delivery was very prompt, thank you.”
