“First-time customer - online purchase - very pleased with Customer Service - they called me a couple of days after despatch (on a Sunday) just to check if I had received my order and said they would be chasing up with the Courier as I had not. My plants arrived the very next day (within a week of ordering) and were all packed very carefully and arrived in great condition. The plants were accompanied by a cultural information sheet which will be very helpful in the aftercare of my plants. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERY ASPECT OF MY EXPERIENCE with Ashwood Nurseries and would recommend them to other prospective customers. I will certainly be back. Thank-you.”

“I am most impressed at the excellent quality of the plants I have received and the speed of service. I also encountered a problem with a plant, apparently, going missing in transit. Ashwood dealt with this by return, to my complete satisfaction. My only regret is that I have a small garden otherwise I would deal with this firm that I have complete confidence in more frequently”
