“I've had a really good experience with the Ashdown Group David has been great at keeping me up to date throughout the various stages of applying, going for the interviews and following up on me after getting the job etc. It has been quite a long time since I've actually applied for a new role so I was rusty and bit worried about the whole process but David was very knowledgeable and helped with all my queries. “Awful recruitment 'agency'. Not only are their consultants unprofessional and rude on the phone, but they also are after cheap labour. Instead of negotiating salaries based on a candidates' skills and experience, they try and secure the lowest salary based on "previous earnings". Its an insult! Do yourself a favour and skip this agency. Trust me, they are not worth the trouble! There are plenty of other more professional agencies to deal with.”

“We approached Ashdown looking for a specialist IT recruiter after a phase of in house vetting and suitability checking of which didn't work. Daisy (the recruitment agent) shortlisted suitable candidates based on our requirements and handled communication, resumes and any concerns very well. We did fill a post via Ashdown and happy to say they have passed their 6 month probation. In the event we have to use similar services, I would consider Ashdown again.”
