“When I first contacted Ashdown Group about the advert for my current role I was pleased that Rebecca Taylor got in touch with me almost straight away. (unlike most other recruiters I have dealt with). She was professional and very thorough throughout the whole recruitment process, keeping me in the loop after every stage. She provided good documentation and followed up on my questions promptly. I would happily recommend Rebecca and The Ashdown Group to any IT professionals who are looking for their next challenge.”

“I worked with Sheryl Hannan on a project management / software development role for a company who needed a very specific software project completed in a short time. Sheryl introduced me to the directors of the company and had provided me with excellent details of the issue the company were facing, which enabled me to provide an outline solution at the interview. The project was a complete success and the company were very pleased with the solution, to such an extent that they asked me to project manage two more projects and develop another software product. I would use and highly recommend Ashdown group to anyone either requiring staff or people looking for employment. Sheryl got back to me via email and unusually these days, by phone to keep me up to date with progress and always took my phone calls to answer any questions. They don’t get much better than this!”

The client that I work with is particularly difficult to get hold of and Rebecca has been very patient and efficient in getting contract paperwork and subsequent extensions. “Robyn Hollow from The Ashdown Group responded really quickly to my initial communication regarding the vacancy and after obtaining some more information followed this up with an interview date. Robyn kept me well informed as the company's interview process completed and I was fortunate enough to secure the position. “Ashdown Group always manages to take the headache out of our recruitment needs and as a very busy HR Manager in a fast moving company such as ClubWise Software Ltd, that is exactly the service we require. In our eyes Christian Patton is a great representative for the company and we are lucky enough to have him as our account manager! He has grasped our business and company culture, meaning we always receive a good calibre of candidates even when we don’t have a complete job spec, Christian manages to understand exactly what we require and find a good team fit! We also endorse him for his consistent communication and keeping us up to speed with candidate responses.
