“The recruitment market seems to have suffered a setback in the past few years in both a lack of skills in the recruiter combined with automation in the online application processes, which have resulted in what seems to the job applicant, an inability to get through to the businesses that need them. With Ashdown this isn't the case. My recruiter knew exactly the skills the company needed and that they matched mine. He also built a relationship with me from the start, and both simplified and expedited the process. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciate the service Ashdown is offering.
