“Tom H took the time to understand the issues and resolved them with courtesy and explanation. He was not in a hurry to get away and only closed the ticket when I was fully satisfied that the multiple issues I had raised had been addressed and resolved fully. He was also very punctual with the call back requests.”

“Still cannt get access - This is an issue which was outside of Ashby's control to do with Office 365 2FA. Shared e-mail accounts were an issue were we lost access. It was highly frustrating but Ashby found a way around it.”
