“Struggled with the way problem was sorted Bought new computer as instructed told would take 1 hour ish to sort took most of the day had to call a few time after told was done (wasn’t )would of been better to see someone (did ask)to see what the problems had staff doing nothing as couldn’t get on any computer”

“The issue finally resolved. I am afraid I had to go home to get the new VPN set up with Router at home as with specialist Ashby computer at R&G ( mobile hotspot) and my own one did not work. Thanks for the support”
