“We've worked with Ashby Computers for several years to help with our IT and they recently helped migrate us to the cloud. Simply put, our staff have become more productive, system downtime was at a minimal and their tech team was on hand every step of the way. Their support is second to none.”

“As always, Ashby's did their upmost to solve the issue we had, however on this occasion they could not help but they pointed me to the right place, i.e. Vodafone. I just hope Vodafone can respond as quickly as what Ian did. Many thanks to everyone at Ashby Computer Services”

“I recently purchased a new PC from Ashby Computers. It was all that I expected and more. It was also delivered on the date scheduled. I had a small problem that I couldn't coordinate the two screens but with the help of the staff, this was soon rectified. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ashby Computers”

“I have bought three computers from Ashby, and I have been VERY happy with the helpful attitude and service given by, particularly, Matthew, and also Fred. There have been occasions; though not VERY recently; when I found your receptionist obstructive and unhelpful, though; particularly when she told me that the Service Department wouldn't have time to look after me because they were busy with "contract work", which, I assume, is work for large companies, however I was treated a lot better when I 'phoned, last, so your Receptionist may have changed, relatively recently. Whenever I have got through to the Service Department, though, they have ALWAYS been very courteous, competent and helpful, and I have felt very well looked after.”

“My father first visited re his "poorly lap top". The service he received was excellent and as such he didn't hesitate in purchasing a new lap top from yourselves. Staff were friendly and so helpful in setting the new lap top up. I was so impressed with the service he received that I decided to take out anti-virus protection with you too. Thank you so much.”

“I recently needed to purchase a new computer. I called Ashby Computers, where I spoke to a very knowable young man. I explained what I needed and how much I wanted to spend. I was given good advice and eventually purchased a computer to suit my needs. The service I received was prompt, efficient and professional. I also use Ashby Computers if I have any issues and they "take over" my computer and remotely fix the problem. Excellent service, saves me time and money. Would definitely recommend them”
