“I contacted Ashbys as I could not login to the Cloud. A message was taken and the job put on their system. A couple minutes later a message flashed up on my laptop to ask me to login to the remote access and send them the code / password. Seconds later my screen was 'active' whilst they did what was needed. My Cloud problem was rectified extremely quickly, I asked a question if I needed to put a password in everytime? and was quickly advised that they had saved the password for me. Ashbys are very friendly and knowledgable & always speedy to resolve any issues that may arise.”
