Jacket has still not been delivered. DPD is the worst supplier ever. Please check the progress of the shipment. I'm now in a ski holiday with the old jacket. 😬

I still have not received my order let alone a tracking number. I reached out to support but haven’t heard back.

I purchased the item the first of December. I received and email from you asking if I liked my purchase but it had not been delivered. I called customer service and was told it had been damaged and she would have another shipment sent out right away. I asked if it would arrive by Christmas and was told it would. I am writing this on Christmas morning and still no delivery. I ordered three items so I am missing three Christmas presents. So disappointing. :(

I sent this email to your website days ago. Still haven't had any response. And now I get these emails about how you did, when I still haven't received the item. Where is my item? Bestellnummer: ART3000000094 Hello, I got two things about this order. One, why are you charging me delivery when in your website there's a top banner that says free deliveries? It's not an honest way to lure customers. Second, can you please send me the tracking number of my order? it's been 5 days since my order, I'd like to know the status. thanks Carlos
