“I purchased the item the first of December. I received and email from you asking if I liked my purchase but it had not been delivered. I called customer service and was told it had been damaged and she would have another shipment sent out right away. I asked if it would arrive by Christmas and was told it would. I am writing this on Christmas morning and still no delivery. I ordered three items so I am missing three Christmas presents. So disappointing. :(”
