Swift delivery BUT Artifact sent the WRONG PRODUCT Emailed (there is no contact number) to explain the incorrect delivery despite being billed for a more expensive fitting with no response. The next day I received a request for a review.... I am waiting for a refund and will not be buying anything from here again

We try our best to pack all orders correctly but unfortunately occasionally human nature creeps in and we make a mistake. We are closed over the weekend when this email was sent but we picked it up first thing Monday morning and sent out the correct parts. We are sorry for any stress caused by our packing error.

Paid £120 per light and I bought 3. Expected a bit more weight with it being so expensive, but in truth they’re just a copper shade painted blue. You could buy the exact same copper coloured ones at £25 from Dunelm and paint them blue yourself.

I am sorry the product did not meet your expectations. We understand the belief that weight equals quality but actually we specifically use light weight materials whenever possible. We could spin our shades in heavier steel for less money but overtime this is more prone to rusting. The thickness of the aluminium we use is still strong enough to avoid damage for normal use but it is our belief that for objects hung above your head often mounted in plasterboard benefit from being lighter rather than heavier. We only use the highest quality components all made in the UK. Although cheaper alternatives do exist on the market subtleties of design aesthetics and quality simply will not match our work.

Spent over £400 on lights last weekend and haven't heard anything as to when it's going to be delivered. Wrote to customer service and haven't received a response. Unfortunately it's been a pretty poor experience.

Impossible to review at the moment. I have not received my light. Unfortunately I have not had any communication as to when it will arrive. I did ring to ask about the delay, as I had not been informed. Apparently they are waiting a part. But still no up date after several more days. Still, looking at the reviews, the prismatic glass pendant light will be worth waiting for & these have after all been difficult times for everyone. Hope it arrives very soon!

Website great, but I am still waiting for my delivery a week later (money taken promptly after order was placed). Disappointed with the wait!

Extremely disappointed. You sent the wrong light fixture. Now I have to go through all the trouble of returning the item, as if I had time for that. I better not have to pay for returning the item.
