“Lights look lovely, just what I was expecting from website photos/ and info. Not in place yet but pleased so far. Well packaged, very quick and efficient service and like the nice touch of sweeties in the packaging! Oh there's a thought, where have they gone? Hmmm....”

“Ordered 2 large glass ceiling pendant lights on a Sunday, shipped on Monday, delivered on Tuesday - you can't get better than that. Packaging was excellent, no damage at all. And, the lights.....they are just gorgeous, exactly what we wanted, exceeding our expectations in size and style. Great service, and great products. Enough said.”

“Love the product. And great service too. One of the bulbs we ordered had a broken filament when it arrived and Artifact lighting didn't hesitate in sending a replacement even over the Christmas period.”

“Delivered a day early in week before Christmas. Well packed. Excellent quality - love the glass shades and edison bulbs. Easy to wire but recommend using their wiring service - as it's a bit fiddly/time consuming. Great product and great service.”

“The lampshades are beautiful and as described and photographed. What really works is the nickel domestic ceiling rose and the coloured flex. All is well made and easy to fit. I would recommend using 'edison style' LED bulbs for environmental reasons.”
