“Have bought a set of beautiful light fittings and shades for my kitchen and recently ceiling roses and complementary flex. The standard of all items is excellent and is the reason I went to Artifact for the simple things. A great company with unusual and beautiful lighting of excellent quality.”

“I am thrilled with my copper pendant lights, they are exactly what we wanted. Great delivery time and well packaged, there was no way they were getting damaged in transit. I would buy from Artifact lighting again and have already recommended them to a friend.”

“Extremely disappointed. You sent the wrong light fixture. Now I have to go through all the trouble of returning the item, as if I had time for that. I better not have to pay for returning the item.”

We try our best to pack all orders correctly but unfortunately occasionally human nature creeps in and we make a mistake. We are sorry for any stress caused by our packing error.

“Item arrived in good time, really well packed therefore there was no damage. Good quality product and fittings, would order from them again. Note to perspective buyers, the diameter of the ceiling rose on my items is of a smaller outside diameter to the ceiling rose fitted, therefore a touch up of paint is required.”

“The lights are nice, though overpriced for what they are. The main reason for the poor rating is the ceiling caps that come with the lights do not accomodate the three connector blocks that need to be connected to the power source. So you need to pay for the larger ceiling cap - but I feel that if you're spending £120 for lights surely the included ceiling cap should fit everything thats required as a bare minimum of functionality? The fact that they don't fit wasn't stated initially, so now we have to order the caps separately which is now holding our project up. I contacted the company for resolution but zero reply - so not great customer service either.”
