Staff are excellent and after a brief discussion with a team member, he actually e mailed me an image of the bracelet because he was concerned the item I ordered would not be to my satisfaction. “I ordered a braclet on the Thursday for my fiancee's birthday the following Tuesday and was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time. I was amazed when it arrived by post the very next day (the Friday)! Also, the day I placed the order, their Ecommerce Manager e-mailed me as the colouring of the braclet shown on the website varied slightly to the actually colour - I thought this was very efficient and extremely good customer service. I'll definitely visit the Burns Jewellers website first before I next purchase any jewellery.”

“I wanted to buy a particular pair of Swarovski earrings that my wife loved. No stockists locally but after much searching found them at Burns Jewellers. Unfortunately out of stock but they had an e mail link to be notified when they were back in. Within 3 days I received an e mail, bought them and had them at my door 3 days later. Free post and package, can't be bad. Overall I was delighted with the efficient service received and would definitely reccomend Burns to my friends.”

“Although there was some delay on the delivery and technical issue, BURN's team managed to solve it with professional way. Their professionalism gained back the customer's confident and they make their promised seriously. Besides, the watch is in tip top condition when it delivered to me. Overall, I am fully satisfied and happy to shop with Burns Jewellers. I will make more deal with them in future.”

“Very happy customer, not only did I get the perfect chlobo bracelet as a gift for my mum but got it cheaper than any other website I could find. I needed to find out when the bracelet would be delivered as ordered it quite close to my mums birthday....it was sent out 1st class recorded the very next day so i received in plenty of time. Thanks....I will most defiantly buy my chlobo from you again!!”
