“Thank you very much for my bracelet. Really fast delivery I ordered on Tuesday evening and received it Thursday!!!! The best thing about u guys is that I went to buy this bracelet on the Monday ( items were a little cheaper) , I placed the item in my basket but got distracted (children) so I went to buy the bracelet in the Tuesday but noticed the bracelet had gone back up to full price. I was gutted but then I got an email from you saying you had saved the bracelet from the Monday and I was to just click on the link below. Great service.”

“Lovely item,received quickly and well packaged,complete with Thomas Sabo gift bags. The offer to receive 10% off for being a new customer and /or Valentines discount offer was confusing - the item qualified for free posting however once a voucher code was used this resulted in postage being added! I still got a discount and paid a little less than if I had visited the shop,but feel the site would benefit from instruction that postage will apply if discount (s) used. I did send a message on site regards this but so far have not received feedback.”

“My £87 item arrived beautifully packaged, in the original brand box. It was definitely authentic. I noticed a couple of tiny dents on silver (it is a locket-type pendant, so those related to opening the lid probably, when demonstrating in the store?). I was offered a full refund plus postage back covered. However, since it is a discontinued item, I wanted to keep it anyway, and customer services promised me a very small reduction (£3.70) because of the imperfections. I am happy overall - and the customer service seems good. At no point i needed to complain. I would recommend this company - it is safe internet shopping experience.”

“Quick easy website that took 5 minutes to order. Arrived a lot quicker than what I would expect and the outcome was gorgeous. More than happy with my purchase This website was my life saver as I could not find the correct size of my ring anywhere. Not even on official websites. First time buying off this website and would recomend it to anyone.”
