“Ordered something which was "in stock" online only to find out it was "out of stock" and they could not fulfil my order even though my full payment went through. Poor website management. Refund given but that is not the point here.”

“I wanted to buy the Swarovski activity tracker in white ... I was told it had completely sold out and there was a waiting list with Swarovski. I was so happy to find one with Burns jewellers...received it really quickly, well packaged. Very happy ... Will be buying from Burns again soon and would recommend.”
