“Very unimpressed. I ordered a watch from this jewellers online and the payment was successfully taken. I was then informed via email 2 days later that the watch had in fact been sold in store and the website had not been updated. It then took 3 + days to receive a refund. I was offered an alternative which was nothing like the watch I had ordered (gold as opposed to silver with a tiger print background as opposed to white) They did however offer a discount”

“Purchase made online, but follow up email received stating that the watch had been sold in a shop that day and as such I would not be receiving it as that was the last one. Disappointing not to receive the product due to a system error and despite payment being taken. Worth noting that the after sales team did return my payment and Pippa did her best to offer a replacement and discount on other products...just a shame that the systems weren't in place to prevent the error in the first place.”

“Fab item - it is a very bright shiny true Gold colour, Some photos look like it has a more matte finish with white branding, but this version is just engraved brand on the barrel. Great pen to write with, very fluid and smooth”
