“Artemis Tree Services was one of several tree surgeon firms I considered. I lacked personal recommendations, so I chose them based on their positive Google reviews and the friendly, flexible and easy-to-deal-with approach of the team during the initial assessment. While the initial stump grinding did not fully meet the agreed-upon depth, I was impressed by the prompt and professional response from Artemis. I raised my concern with the director, and they promptly dispatched a team the following day to rectify the issue. I am satisfied with the completed work and would recommend Artemis Tree Services for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I found it easy to schedule the work around my work commitments due to Artemis's use of modern technology throughout the process. This included convenient features such as scheduling dates over email, estimations acceptance and invoicing, and real-time updates on team dispatch and their route to my property.”

“From my initial call to ask for a quote to the completion of the job the Artemis team were helpful and professional. The initial site visit gave me options to consider in dealing with the tree. I was quickly contacted by email with a quote and then by text message to remind me of the agreed appointment. The team who arrived to cut down the problem tree were friendly and worked quickly and cleared all the mess. I would use Artemis again if I needed help with a tree.”

“A team of 2 arrived at the promised time with heavy snow falling. They told me their plan for the work and started straight away. They worked all morning to finish the job and I am delighted with the result. I would recommend Artemis to anyone needing your services. Thank you It took”

“Excellent service, very reasonably priced. Easy to arrange, the tree surgeons turned up on time, were professional, friendly and very efficient. They cleared up all the debris, and the garden looked so much better when they had finished.”

“Artemis Tree Services is a very professional and friendly firm who we have used 3 times in the last 7 years. They were here last week and, as usual, turned up on time, the 3 man team were all very personable and answered all our questions, the work was done professionally and they cleared up afterwards. “Artemis Tree Services are one of the most professional, friendly, helpful companies I have ever dealt with. Lee assessed all the trees in my garden and it was clear from that moment I was dealing with an experienced company that had a lot of integrity. Charlie, Lewis, Marcin and Luke all worked with great care and diligence and made sure I was happy with the work. Every step of the way I was treated with respect and understanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have some tree work done. Excellent value for money too. Great companies still do exist and ATS is one of them!”
