“Prompt and efficient service. The dead cherry tree was in a corner of our rockery and Tom and his assistant were respectful and took care to avoid damage to surrounding plants and shrubs. They cleared up and left everything how I expected. Even our neighbour was impressed. Thank you.”

“I have used Artemis second time in six years. Found very professional in getting quote, schedule for work and very reasonable price. The tree surgeons did a marvellous job and left the site very clean. I would recommend Artemis to friends and family.”

“My first experience with Artemis Tree Services was in 2019 and since then I have used them every other year always being very satisfied with their work. They are very pleasant people and always leave my garden tidy. The first time I used Artemis Tree Services was in 2019 and have used them every other year since then. They are pleasant and always leave my garden tidy after finishing the job. In addition all the staff who deal with bookings, payments, inquiries, etc are always polite and very helpful. “We have been using Artemis Tree Services for years and wouldn't look to using anyone else for our tree maintenance. Great communication by email and text throughout. They reduced the crown and width of our very unruly Sycamore which is subject to a TPO. They sorted the necessary permission from the council which made it easy for me. They also did a great job at trimming a Maple Tree. The job was undertaken thoroughly with all the logs, branches and any other mess completely cleared away. The lads were polite and communicative and respected my garden. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artemis for a professional job start to finish!”

“Artemis did a brilliantly professional job reducing an apple tree, wisteria and other vines. 'Team 7' were friendly, polite, punctual (with helpful comms so we knew when to expect them) and left the garden tidy. The pricing was good and invoicing/billing smooth. Definitely recommend and will use them again.”

“Two very nice chaps arrived on time and carried out the agreed tree work to a very high standard. We are really delighted with the way they treated our property with respect and cleared up thoroughly when they were finished. All at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when required. Highly recommend!”

“I have used Artemis for years. I moved from Ruislip to Buckinghamshire and they came to my new property. Very happy with the work. Always professional, very helpful and friendly. Clean up after themselves and even put all my garden pots back in the places they originally were. They cut and trimmed three large trees and two smaller. Were here about 4 hours. Would highly recommend.”

“Artemis were very helpful in advising about a large decaying beech tree subject to a TPO, providing a relevant report and liaising with the local council for the necessary approval. Their team handled the dismantling and removal of the with great efficiency and professionalism. They were punctual, helpful and friendly and left the site neat and tidy. Highly recommended.”

“Artemis Tree Services was one of several tree surgeon firms I considered. I lacked personal recommendations, so I chose them based on their positive Google reviews and the friendly, flexible and easy-to-deal-with approach of the team during the initial assessment. While the initial stump grinding did not fully meet the agreed-upon depth, I was impressed by the prompt and professional response from Artemis. I raised my concern with the director, and they promptly dispatched a team the following day to rectify the issue. I am satisfied with the completed work and would recommend Artemis Tree Services for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I found it easy to schedule the work around my work commitments due to Artemis's use of modern technology throughout the process. This included convenient features such as scheduling dates over email, estimations acceptance and invoicing, and real-time updates on team dispatch and their route to my property.”
