“The LED crystal lights that i purchased from Arrow have been fitted by my electrician and they are spectacular!! The packaging was very protective and unmistakably marked "very fragile". All in all excellent products from a reliable company.”

“Wonderful service, everyone is so helpful, they leave you alone to look at the lights. we have used them 3 times now and very pleased with the service and customer care, all items I am very pleased with. I love going to the store the light displays are fantastic , thank you all very much .”

“Fab customer service! Hassan had loads of patience with my requests and issues with regards to delivery, replacement of damaged heater in the post, also spare parts were sent later on, hassle free and free of charge too. The heater is warming up my living room nicely. I appreciate your great service, many thanks.”

“Very good website, and delivery was on time. They also kept me well informed about the status of the order. A suggested improvement is that they clearly mark which lights come with bulbs supplied. I had a mixed order, some with, some without, and there was no way of knowing.”

“We have used Arrow elecrical for all the lighting in our new home. The pricing is competitive, deliveries prompt and the service really helpful. Lighting advisor Harry Kara was excellent, to the point of sending me update emails at work.”

“Brilliant service! The staff were very knowledgeable, keen to help, and always responded quickly to email or phone calls. Any items that weren't in stock were ordered and arrived quickly. The price was competitive, the service reliable, I simply won't go anywhere else.”

“I ordered originally because of the reasonable pricing, but have been impressed also by the excellent service. I had to contact the company to enquire about some parts that didn’t appear on the website and was connected straight away to Haresh, who was particularly helpful and tracked down the special order items. It looked like they could take up to 10 days to be delivered, but in fact were with me just 2 working days later. To top it all, a couple of items I'd missed off a large order were sent out free of charge the next day. Highly recommended.”
