“Telephone contact was very supportive and gave ideas to help me decide on what was the best for me, a new garage door or a new motor to fix the current door. The advice was to spend less and fix the door. The only slight problem was that the fitter let us down a couple of times and the communication to let us know what was going on was not great. He also didn't state that someone needed to be present when he attended.”

“The installer came to size up the door , it arrived a few weeks later and was installed professionally. The door looks fantastic - I opted not to have it motorised even though it was large but it is easy to open”

“If I could I would give this company six stars . nothing is two much trouble excellent customer care my garage door was repaired and is now in perfect order thanks to Mark and his team Also thanks to Richard the fitter who explained all the work which had to be done .Any future customers should contact this company before any local repairer Tank you once again Arridge Garage Doors From Tony a very satisfied customer( Richmond Yorks )”

“Did everything promised on time and without a fuss - and answered all my technical questions after delivery cheerfully and reliably. “From start to finish everything was dealt with in a very professional manner. The installation team were also very efficient and quick erecting the door. The door itself was well made and constructed and better value than other doors advertised by their companies. In all I am well satisfied with my dealings with Arridge garage doors .”

“From the very first contact, I was impressed by the lengths to which the staff at Arridge Garage doors went to sort out the type of door I needed, and the technical know-how they displayed when discussing my very particular needs. I had a number of local 'experts' come to the house from other companies to quote and without fail they all said it was too difficult due to the location of a transverse support beam 'being in the way'...... Arridge asked for a copy of the plans to be emailed to them, and could see no problem and recommended a specific manufacturer and model. Their local site survey man seemed to think there was no problem, and when the door was delivered (on time) he attended promptly and fitted the door very expertly. I had fitted similar doors in the past myself, but this was in another league and I'm glad I had the professional fit it for me. I am so pleased with the outcome and it has drawn a significant amount of local interest and really adds to the aesthetic look of the house. Definitely 5 stars.”

“Having spoken at length to Arridge we had a door manufactured to our bespoke measurements, although a keen DIY;er I had never undertaken a project like this before however, it was made very easy by following the advice Arridge provided therefore I can only rate their service as excellent, the product as excellent and their customer service as excellent.”

“First class service from initial enquiry to delivery and install. Very easy online form to enquire and get estimated price which is very good when initially shopping around for best deal, which turned out to be Arridge Garage Doors. I then called to finalise price, specification, delivery and install. Very solid advice from sales technical staff on the manufacturers available to me which helped greatly in my final choice to balance cost against quality and design. Best price by far that I could find for the Hormann doors I wanted and eventually chose, exact spec and colour I wanted. Delivered on the week that I was originally quoted by very friendly and helpful delivery driver, installed by meticulous tradesman installer on the same week. Very satisfied customer, don't waste time looking for a better deal, its Arridge believe me.”

“Replacing a garage door in an old house with out- of - true walls could have been troublesome,but by asking for photographs followed by careful onsite measurements Arridge prepared carefully.The door came exactly as ordered and was installed by an excellent fitter.Dealing with Arridge was completely satisfactory.”
