“I stopped using Aromas uk due to poor delivery selection I.e Evri, on 3 occasions my oder went missing it either got replaced or refunded but little to late as the orders where neededfor a Pacific date,although your products are very good, I moved to use popper uk, although their products don't seem to be as good you can't fault their deliveries always on time, I thought I'd give Aroma another try and sure enough my delivery when missing had to wiat an extra 4 day to receive it, which was to to late once again, just not good enough,”

Just to confirm you placed your order at around 6pm on Thursday 19th September & we posted out at around 11am the next morning Friday 20th September. We never delay sending orders out as our many positive reviews will show.
I can see that you emailed us at around 5pm on Sunday 29th Sept , unfortunatley it looks lke we dropped a clanger & did not flag the email for follow up as having checked our sent box we did not reply to your email .

“Great selection of products and a reasonable service. I say reasonable because I was hit with import tax bill of 25 pounds even though I had spent near 200 pounds on product. There is no selection of shipment everything goes Royal Mail hence certain countries will hit you with the tax making my product more expensive. They need to look at their shipping possibilities and offer a better customer service.”

Apologies that your recent delivery did not go as planned with Evri. It is good that they use a fully tracked service as on the odd occasion a delivery may go wrong, both ourselves & the customer can see the parcels journey.
We have numerous delivery options to choose from & Evri is one of the options available & yes we do use Evri for the free delivery option as it is the best priced one. In complete fairness to Evri, whilst they tend to get a bad press on occaison, In my experience I can honestly say they are quicker & lose less parcels than the most well known delivery company in the UK. If your spend qualifies for free delivery & prefer not to use Evri, maybe do not chose the free delivery option & opt for either 1st or 2nd class. I apprecaite 1st or 2nd class will not be free delivery but is an option if you do not want to use Evri. I would give Evri a go again though for the reasons i mention above.

“Products are good. Shipping is usually fast and efficient. Should be 5 STARS My only complaint is that I shouldn't have to pay 20% VAT because the goods are exported outside of the UK & EU. HM Revenue seems to agree but not Aromaromauk.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, as you have not contacted us directly re a leaking bottle we were unaware until reading the review. We will contact you directly in order to progress the leaking bottle. Leakers are quite unusual, albeit there can be the odd one, which wouldnt have manifested itself when we packed or we would have replaced it with another bottle.
Just to reassure you, we never delay sending orders out. When we have completed the order we send out an order confirmation email which you received @ 13.42 9/11/23 - you placed your order at 12.08pm the same day. AS you had chosen the YodelDirect delivery option, unfortunately the courier had already collected that day, so your order was sent out with the courier first thing Friday 10th November & delivered on Monday 13th November, which is about average for YodelDirect.

You should have recieved an email directly from the carrier shortly after the parcel was scanned in as they collected it, this usually works like clockworkso apologies if it didnt happen on this occaison; i will raise it with the carrier in order to try & prevent this from happening again to any other customer.

You placed your order around 4-30pm on Tuesday 24/1 , your order was packed that evening & dropped at the couriers parcel shop at approx 10am on the morning of Weds 25/1 as the tracking link supplied clearly shows ( we ALWAYS turn around orders very quickly ). Unfortunately on reviewing the couriers tracking this evening 7/2/23, the parcels we droppoed off on Weds 25/1 were not collected on that day and were collected on Thursday 26/1 & its this that is the case of the delay- i cant determine now ie 2 weeks after the event, if the courier collected early on that day & we missed the courier or if they didnt collect on that day. This is quite unusaul & is particularly dissapointing given we send orders out so speedily.
Apologies again, we will look to run a trial with UPS & see if their service is quicker or more consistent, however in truth, if UPS fail to collect on any given day then i would expect that they would also experience a similar delay in the delivery timeline.
