Apologies that the courier service took a lottle longer than we would have both liked to deliver your order.
We turn orders around very quickly, as your order was placed at 4-30pm on a Monday this missed the courier collection, so it was Tuesday AM when we dropped your parcel off at the YodelDirect parcel shop & it was collected from there the same day ( Tuesday ) & bagan its journey. Unfortunatly in your case it did indeed take the courier perhaps a few days longer to be delivered than would usualyy be the case. Not ideal i accept & a little frustrating for us both, however in fairness in recent months even though the courier is the cheapest of our delivery options, it is often quicker than 1st class.
Thanks for ordering from us & again I would just like to reassure you that we do not delay sending orders out. Unfortunatly on occasion no matter which shipping method is used , the carrier can take a little linger than expected, as I am sure you will have experienced yourself occaisionally if you have indded sent a parcel yourself.

WE always turn orders around very quickly; you ordered at 6-55am on Thurs 3rd August & we sent your order out the same day.
an attempt to deliver your Special Delivery parcel was made on Friday 4th August at 10-15am & again at 8-31am on Saturday 5th August. As there was no reply at the address a red & white " we missed you " card was left advisng of the process to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office. As the parcel had been at the delivery office since Sat 5/8/23 the tracking shows that the parcel was held until this morning ( friday 25/8 ) and the parcel has now been retruned to us which we are likley to recieve within the next 7-10 days. We will issue a refund for you this evening.

“Issue with YodelDirect leaving my parcel on the doorstep (according to them) rather than just posting it through the letter box and it not being there when I got home. Contacted Aromaromauk customer service and the help I received was outstanding. Got a replacement sent out via RoyalMail who did what should have been done by YodelDirect and actually posted it into the letterbox. Great service from Aromaromauk.”
