Hi thanks, for your email - apologies that the order appears has been delayed in its international travel, I can see you placed your order at 9pm on 11th May & we dropped at the Post Office at 11-30am the next morning 12th May, ie we turned your order around very quickly without delay & your parcel left the UK a few days later. Hi thanks for your review in connection with your order being delivered to India. As the parcel tracking shows we packed & posted your order within an hour of us receiving it on 25th May & it left the UK via international tracked mail on 26th May ie the next day. What we are finding is that there are still delays with IndiaPost processing the parcels once they have arrived in India - I have copied in capitals below the latest UK international bulletin in relation to parcel delays once they have arrived in India.
LATEST UPDATE
INDIA POST HAS UPDATED THAT THE SITUATION REMAINS THE SAME AND COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REINTRODUCED. INDIA POST CONTINUES TO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL MAIL BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY STANDARDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
You will definitely get your order and it will start to track once India Post get round to scanning it in at the airport mail centre. We will send you the link to the tracking again via email so you can keep an eye on it. Given the time that has lapsed, we would expect it to start tracking again hopefully within the next few days.
