I am a little puzzled to read this review as you emailed us on 16th August @ 19.05pm saying the order had not been delivered & we replied at 19.43pm with the tracking link showing the signature & the name of the person who took the delivery in & signed for it at 12.04pm on Weds 16th August & we did not hear back from you.
Whilst i apprceiate your frustration i must refute the suggetsion that this is pure theft. We respomded to your email 38 minutes after you contacted us, we provided the above proof of delivery and we have not heard from you since.
WE will contact you agin re the matter, howeber the content of your review makes no mention of the above timlimes & the documented events i mention. The parcel was delivered to your property
