“Package arrived on time and very well packaged. I just think it a pity that you use Yodel as your courier of choice - previous delivery was left in basement & their photo had to no bearing of this, this delivery was left on my doorstep (on a city centre street.). I wouldn’t trust Yodel one little bit (& I speak from 20 years experience of managing the mailroom of a London university.)
I’m sorry this is not a criticism of Aromaroma, but your choice of courier.”

Great to hear YodelDirect delivered in a timely fashion with your recent order; its unfortunate your previous delivery was handeled in the way you mention & we did fully support & fix the previous issue for you.
We offer a range of alternative delivery methods not using YodelDirect, howver the free delivery we offer on orders over £30 is indeed using YodelDirect, as is the entry level delivery option.

WE sent your order out on 4th October the same day you placed your order, however it looks like its been lost in transit.
