Having bought and received the Amsterdam version that had the same effect as soon as I sniffed the bottle it was like a downer and I couldn’t understand why I will be going back to the green ones, but I’m disappointed in the Amsterdam and the red because I wanted to try something different instead of the green ones …
I just wanted to let you know that I am disappointed. I’ve paid that money out with something that doesn’t last the Amsterdam bottle lasted two hours. I ended up with a headache and a bad cough. I need to get over that before I order any more.”

Its completely unfair & untrue to say the parcel was not sent out.
You emailed us on 26/8 to say you had not recieved the parcel from the order that you placed on 18/8, we replied the same day, having checked the couriers tracking we could see that the delivery had stalled in trasnit, we offered to send out again that day or refund & you chose the refund option which we actioned the same day. Please be assured that we never delay sending orders out.
Having just checked the tracking again a few minutes ago I can see that the original parcel was obvioulsy found by the courier & they delivered it today Wednesday 4th September.
Apologies this delivery went wrong but you can see from the parcel tracking we sent the parcel out on Monday 19th August, clearly indicating we did indeed send the parcel out.
Apologies again that the delivery stalled , we responded very quickly after you emailed us offering to fix the issue or refund , you chose the refund option & we refunded immediately.
Please keep the products delivered today ie the original parcel sent on 19/8 as a gesture of goodwill. The delivery & associated tracking demonstrate without doubt we did indeed send the order you placed on Sunday 18/9 the very next morning Monday 19/9

Had no strength at all when opened so. It sure if an old batch as usually rheu last a month kept on freezer so a lot of money on an order that’s been not much use
