Hi Mark Thanks for taking the time to leave a review & apologies you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately as you have not contacted us directly re this we had no idea that you had not yet received your order. Your order was sent out using the International tracked service the same day you placed your order ie Weds 23rd August; we provided you with the tracking link on the same day via email at 8-13am UK time. You placed your order at 19.24pm on Friday 22nd August and we sent your order out at around 10am on the Saturday morning . Quality products & discreet delivery, which is appreciated. It took 6 days delivery time for me- so if you need faster delivery i would recommend you pay for express.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you placed your order just before 7pm on Weds 15th August & we dropped your parcel off at the couuriers parcel shop at around 9am the next day ie Thursday 16th August, a very fast turnaround I am sure you will agree. Your order was delivered on Monday 21st August 3 working days later which is the approximate timeline we advise on the courier service ( the courier company in question do not operate on Sundays). In truth we have found in recent months that the courier option often delivers quicker than first class . Apolgies the dlivery was not quite as quick as you ahd hoped, but just to reassure you we did send outvery quickly. Product is absolutely fine, however this last experience with delivery was not good, took 6 days!via a courier, first 2 orders were next day, don’t think I will be buying again unfortunately Regards Ian

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Apologies that the courier service took a lottle longer than we would have both liked to deliver your order. We turn orders around very quickly, as your order was placed at 4-30pm on a Monday this missed the courier collection, so it was Tuesday AM when we dropped your parcel off at the YodelDirect parcel shop & it was collected from there the same day ( Tuesday ) & bagan its journey. Unfortunatly in your case it did indeed take the courier perhaps a few days longer to be delivered than would usualyy be the case. Not ideal i accept & a little frustrating for us both, however in fairness in recent months even though the courier is the cheapest of our delivery options, it is often quicker than 1st class. Thanks for ordering from us & again I would just like to reassure you that we do not delay sending orders out. Unfortunatly on occasion no matter which shipping method is used , the carrier can take a little linger than expected, as I am sure you will have experienced yourself occaisionally if you have indded sent a parcel yourself. Hi Robert Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are howver a little puzzled as you have not contacted us directly about this directly , the first we knew was hwne we read your review. WE always turn orders around very quickly; you ordered at 6-55am on Thurs 3rd August & we sent your order out the same day. an attempt to deliver your Special Delivery parcel was made on Friday 4th August at 10-15am & again at 8-31am on Saturday 5th August. As there was no reply at the address a red & white " we missed you " card was left advisng of the process to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office. As the parcel had been at the delivery office since Sat 5/8/23 the tracking shows that the parcel was held until this morning ( friday 25/8 ) and the parcel has now been retruned to us which we are likley to recieve within the next 7-10 days. We will issue a refund for you this evening.
