We emailed your the International Tracking Number 2023-01-30 at 14:02 a few hours after you placed yor order, perhaps it is in your spam/ junk folder maybe ? We will email it to you again now.
The tracking shows we dispatched your order the same day you placed it ie 30th January - we do not delay in sending orders out we turn them around very quickly.
We will contact you directly providing the tracking number again
Customers are reminded the quickest way to progress any enquiries is to contact us directly; that is not to say you cant leave a review, of course you can thats why we pay to subscribe to this site, however reviews are not always automatically emaailed to us and i can see this review was placed several days ago, whereas if a customer emails us we reply witinn a couple of hours if not sooner.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review & apologies your order has not been delivered yet. The tracking detail we sent you shows that the order has stopped tracking, so dissapointing for us both when you placed your order at 9pm & your order was sent out at 10am the next day as the tracking shows .
WE have contacted you directly and as the tracking clearly shows your order has stopped tracking and therefore we consider it lost , therefore we will resend the order in the morning
