Matthew Thanks for taking the time to leave a review WOW what a great review THANK YOU We honestly try and ensure we get most if not all orders sent out the same day & do our utmost to support if there are any delivery issues – not always easy, particularly around periods of strike action, as this then impacts courier companies when they see millions of extra UK parcels sent with them that would usually go via the mail system. December was indeed perhaps the worst year ever for delivery issues as a result of the knock on effect of the Postal Strike; I genuinely think we had more parcels to chase in December than the whole of 2022, as did any organisation sending parcels !! Your patience & understanding was very much appreciated. Things are sort of back to normal now which is a huge relief - im confident if you order from us again, this time the delivery will go without a hitch !! Public Reply Thanks for taking the time to leave a review When you first contacted us via email last Thursday we immediately responded , im not sure if you placed your review before you contated us maybe Shortly after your order was processed ( 10/1/23 6-17am UK time ) we sent you an email with the tracking details on as we do all international customers so they can check on progress - perhaps check your inbox/junk/spam folders . The tracking shows we dropped your order at the Post office the same day you placed your order - we are very quick you know !! We will contact you dierctly via email to progress your review, as due to the Royal Mail Cyber Attack pracels in their system that had not yet left the country the tracking was purposely not upating. The good news is that Royal Mail are working through the backlog and have been for around a week so hopfully your parcel should be in your country soon, albeit i do not think the tracking will update agin until it arraives at customs in your country Assured of the best possible service & products at all times The AromaromaUK team

Thanks for takaing the time to leave a review Since leaving the review i can see from the courier tracking your order has been delivered. The tracking clearly shows we dropped your order off at the ParcelShop att approx 10am the next morning and you placed your order around 11-30pm the evening before. Im not sure what caused the courier delay, thanks for your patience & understaning - we always turn orders around super quick assured of the best possible service at all times Best wishes The AromaromaUK team

These poppers are dogshite lately… nothing like how they used to be… I want something that’s gonna blow my head off and make me lose inhibitions.. these just don’t hit me at all

thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Im a little puzzled at your review as you have not made contact with us, the first we knew that you had not recieved your parcel was when I read it just now. The courier tracking shows that your parcel was delievered on 2nd January, you placed your order on Friday 30th December after 5pm & you should have recieved several emails from the courier saying they had the parcel and again on delivery day saying it was out for delivery. The quickest and best way for customers to progress any delivery issues is to contact us directly by replying to the order confirmation email, we reply to ALL emails and have a great track record of rectifying any delvery issues . We will contact you directly now to progress. assured of the best possible service & products at all times

My order was processed then soon canceled without any explanation whatsoever. It would have been helpful to at least receive an email explaining if the item was out-of-stock or if shipments to the United States had been prohibited.

Hi Thomas, I do apologise for the delay. Unfortunatelly in december is alwaysb very slow, due to christmas, and royal mail strike this year.

Ordered from them and it didn’t arrive and was constantly changing the tracking from its arrived at your local depot to it’s took a walk magically. Don’t bother with them and I doubt they’re British too. Not with names like Piotr.

I think its only fair that i repsond with a balanced update and provide a little more detail than your brief review You placed your order on Monday 26th December Boxing Day & Tuesday 27th was a bank holiday also with no mail or courier collections meaning Wednesday 28th January was the first avaialble collection date for your order which is when we sent it out. On Friday 30th January you emailed us saying " I WANT MY MONEY BACK I PLACED MY ORDER MONDAY MORNING AND STILL HASNT ARRIVED " not taking into account that the first 2 days of the week where bank holidays. There had been numerous Royal Mail strike days in December that saw huge backlogs both with Royal Mail, that then saw millions of parcels sent via courier companies as was featured on the news almost daily reporting on delays . We used a premium service from a courier company and yes they like others had become a little bogged down with the pure volume of parcels they were handling. we did not delay sending any orders out. W/C 26th December saw most delivery carriers still working through huge backlogs of parcels in some areas of the UK It was an aboslute joy to receive your rude & confontational emails acusing us of being "dodgy" and " are you even sure you sent the parcel " despite the courier tracking clearly showing we dropped it off at the parcel shop at 11-09am on Weds 28/12 - we packed your order on Boxing day. We refunded your order on Sat 31st December. I can see that the parcel has since been delivered you have not contacted us to tell us this, however as they say every cloud. As for your comments about nationality & someones name, well what can I say about this in the year 2022 !! The world evolves ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THANK YOU TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS We always dispatch customer orders very quickly usually the same day and all delivery companies are back to normal now and delvering super quick tihs week. Thanks to our customers for all the great comments and support they continue to show us. December is always a challenging month in relation to delivery timelines and 2022 was the most challenging December the majority of online companies have ever expericend due to the logistics issues in the UK home delivery sector, even the big boys like M&S were affected & had banners on their website advising of tranportation delays. Any delivery delays were not down to us, we bust a gut to get orders sent out the same day they were placed. Additionally we spent hours and hours often in the early hours of the morning supporting custmers with delivery timeline enquiries.
