apologies you had not yet recieved your order at the time you left this review 2 days ago, however i can see from the parcel tracking your order from us was delivered yesterday Tues 6/12/22 at 13.19pm
I can confirm you placed your order at 7-45pm on Monday 21st November and as with all our orders we turned around very quickly & dispatched the next morning Tues 22nd November, however your parcel seems to have stalled once in the couriers transit system, apologoes for the delay.
Assured of the best possible service & products at all times & apologies our delivey partner appears to have delayed in deliveing your order.

I have checked the courier address detail aand the address we used was the one given on your order, therefore we can only assume the courier delivered to the wrong address - apolpgies for this
we will contact you directly by email re this issue to see if the order is now in your posession as i cant determine this from your review if you did indeed rescue your order from the incorrect delivery address.

“Approached with a bit of caution to this product. Gives a slight warm sensation on the face but nothing else. Tried only one of the three bottles, at room temperature. Will see if the formula is different on the others. If it is consistent I would consider as a failed purchase. Thanks for asking guys.”

We are only a small compamy and genuinely bust a gut to get orders out the same day and try and pack them in such a way so as to minimise any damages in transit ( we have virtually no damages )

“Received product in Canada on 1 Nov, but Canada customs is either short staffed or swamped so product wasn't released to me until 14 Nov. Ordered three different products and one caught my attention "Amsterdam". The marketing scheme is "ultra strong" but doesn't live up to that so don't bother with that purchase.”

We turn orders around the same day in most cases & the majority of deliveries are madein a timely manner, albeit challenges for all online sites in recent months given the increased industrial action by one major delivery operator, which then makes the courier companies super busy - its great despite this backdrop in the UK currently that you have had speedy deliveries

As per your invoice details, we give an approximate timeline for your country at the other side of the world of 7-14 working days and whilst we are nearly at that point there is still time for your parcel to be delivered. We emailed you your tracking details approx 20 mins after you placed your order so that you could check progress of the parcel at anytime.
its 10.30pm in the UK as i write this reply and so we will check your tracking details in the morning and email you the tracking link again also. Given the time that has lapsed i woould expect your order will be delivered any day now.
