Unfortunately the Royal Mail strike action in December, often 2 days a week, saw courier companies processing millions of additional items within their networks that would have usually gone via Royal Mail. Our delivery timeline of 1-3 days is only an approximate guide of the timeline, in fairness, this is usually quite accurate with the odd exception & given the activity in the UK parcel delivery sector in December it just wasn't possible to project an accurate timeline to any degree.
The benefit of the Couriers tracking system is that it clearly shows the order you placed on Sunday we sent with them on Monday at 7-37am ie we did not delay. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed in transit mid-week due to the millions of extra parcels in their network as was featured on the news almost daily and was not delivered until Saturday. We used the same courier as M&S who also encountered delays, no company or website was spared and I appreciate your frustration and dissatisfaction, as we felt the same and we could not influence it or change it in any way.
The good news as I write this reply on 14/1/23 is that this week we have seen some normality in the home delivery sector, with the 3 companies we use for deliveries all delivering far quicker than in December, many parcels have been delivered the next day when sent on a standard delivery service.
Apologies again for the delays we all suffered in December as consumers from the delivery companies as i experienced delays similar to yours for purchases I made online so fully appreciate how annoying it is.

“Yeah in my recent order was quick and safe delivery unfortunately there is an issue with one of the bottles as opened it and there was absolutely nothing no effect so a bit dissapointed and opened another which was not too bad but not as strong as the similar bottle. Usually never had a problem but wont be ordering that one again.”

You placed your order at 2-30PM on Friday 12th August and it was delivered 3 working days ( 5 calendar days ) later on Wednesday 17th August, so the order was delivered in well under a week - im not trying to split hairs rather think its important any reviews left are accurate & balanced.
Remember there is always the choice of first class post or next day special delivery which tends to be quicker.

“Two bottles were off one was ok from the three purchased of squirt not very impressed BUT the first order was lost so these were after them very disappointed with squirt aromas was expecting more as these were supposed to be strong”

Can you not make it cheaper when buying 5 units or more. Almost 60 pounds for 5 units is ridiculous. All other makes are very weak nowadays and not worth buying.
