“The delivery driver chucked the package over a 6foot fence in to my back garden wear it sat in the wet grass for 5 days before I found it, driver didn't even think to knock on the door or leave a note as I was home all day the day it was "delivered"”

“My parcel came relatively quickly but my one issue is that te caps once opened do not securely tighten to make the bottle air tight . This then leads to the poppers losing strength and evaporating more quickly and this is why I left my last supplier not very good value for money”

We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try other brands next time if the ones you ordered were not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brands you chose were some of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better - its all doen to personal preference
Just to reassure you and anyone reading this, we only buy from manufacturers and do not sell "knock offs " as you suggested.

“Approached with a bit of caution to this product. Gives a slight warm sensation on the face but nothing else. Tried only one of the three bottles, at room temperature. As per your invoice details, we give an approximate timeline for your country at the other side of the world of 7-14 working days and whilst we are nearly at that point there is still time for your parcel to be delivered. We emailed you your tracking details approx 20 mins after you placed your order so that you could check progress of the parcel at anytime.

Apologies for my delayed response I have been on holiday
We do advise on ordering that the courier option takes approx 3-5 working days to be delivered, so apologies that your delivery timeline was towards the end of this estimation. While it was within the timeline advised we appreciate you would have preferred a quicker delivery.
You placed your order at approx 8-30am Friday & we dropped your order off at the courier's ParcelShop an hour later 9-30am, so we did everything possible to ensure your order started its journey quickly after you placed your order with us.
