Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. You purchased 2 different best selling brands totalling several bottles, so its a little unusual for all of them not to open.
The caps are childproof safety caps, if you push the cap down as you twist it the bottle shpuld open. Should you still have a problem please contact us on info@aromaromauk.co.uk or by replying to your order confirmation email

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review & apologies your parcel appears to have been damaged. Ss you have not contacted us directly we were unaware until reading your review that there has been an issue.
Im puzzled at the package being poorly wrapped as given you ordered 2 x 5 packs, each 5 pack will have been securely wrapped in tape & cardboard & both parcels sealed in a tightly wrapped Poly Bag. i can only think its been damaged in transit, as you can see most of the reviews comment on how well packed our orders are. Humans can however make mistakes , so apologies if indeed it was our fault
We will contact you directly to look at replacing the 2 bottles that appear to have leaked.

“Don't know its not arrived yet. Yodel courier is less than helpful in tracking any delivery and I am not sure why it is used at all. Royal mail works far better, if i order before 12 noon I can almost guarantee I will receive the delivery by 1st class post the next day. Yodel take far longer !!”

As per our email comms, great to see that you have recieved your parcel. We never delay sending orders out with most being sent out the same day the orders are received.
Our free delivery service on orders over ÂŁ20 is indeed via YodelDirect. Should you require delivery by another method please select from the options at checkout, noting the only free delivery option is courier, so the other options are chargable as shown at chcekout.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, as you have not contacted us directly re a leaking bottle we were unaware until reading the review. We will contact you directly in order to progress the leaking bottle. Leakers are quite unusual, albeit there can be the odd one, which wouldnt have manifested itself when we packed or we would have replaced it with another bottle.
Just to reassure you, we never delay sending orders out. When we have completed the order we send out an order confirmation email which you received @ 13.42 9/11/23 - you placed your order at 12.08pm the same day. AS you had chosen the YodelDirect delivery option, unfortunately the courier had already collected that day, so your order was sent out with the courier first thing Friday 10th November & delivered on Monday 13th November, which is about average for YodelDirect.
We will contact you now by direct email in relation the the leaking bottle.
