Thanks for taking the time to leave a review We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try another brand next time if the one you ordered was not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brand you chose was one of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better. Best wishes The AromaromaUk team

Public Reply Thanks for taking the time to leave a review When you first contacted us via email last Thursday we immediately responded , im not sure if you placed your review before you contated us maybe Shortly after your order was processed ( 10/1/23 6-17am UK time ) we sent you an email with the tracking details on as we do all international customers so they can check on progress - perhaps check your inbox/junk/spam folders . The tracking shows we dropped your order at the Post office the same day you placed your order - we are very quick you know !! We will contact you dierctly via email to progress your review, as due to the Royal Mail Cyber Attack pracels in their system that had not yet left the country the tracking was purposely not upating. The good news is that Royal Mail are working through the backlog and have been for around a week so hopfully your parcel should be in your country soon, albeit i do not think the tracking will update agin until it arraives at customs in your country Assured of the best possible service & products at all times The AromaromaUK team

Thanks for takaing the time to leave a review Since leaving the review i can see from the courier tracking your order has been delivered. The tracking clearly shows we dropped your order off at the ParcelShop att approx 10am the next morning and you placed your order around 11-30pm the evening before. Im not sure what caused the courier delay, thanks for your patience & understaning - we always turn orders around super quick assured of the best possible service at all times Best wishes The AromaromaUK team

Parcel never arrived, raised with Evri told to email seller but no further contact. Paid my money and no delivery!

thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Im a little puzzled at your review as you have not made contact with us, the first we knew that you had not recieved your parcel was when I read it just now. The courier tracking shows that your parcel was delievered on 2nd January, you placed your order on Friday 30th December after 5pm & you should have recieved several emails from the courier saying they had the parcel and again on delivery day saying it was out for delivery. The quickest and best way for customers to progress any delivery issues is to contact us directly by replying to the order confirmation email, we reply to ALL emails and have a great track record of rectifying any delvery issues . We will contact you directly now to progress. assured of the best possible service & products at all times

Ordered from them and it didn’t arrive and was constantly changing the tracking from its arrived at your local depot to it’s took a walk magically. Don’t bother with them and I doubt they’re British too. Not with names like Piotr.

I think its only fair that i repsond with a balanced update and provide a little more detail than your brief review You placed your order on Monday 26th December Boxing Day & Tuesday 27th was a bank holiday also with no mail or courier collections meaning Wednesday 28th January was the first avaialble collection date for your order which is when we sent it out. On Friday 30th January you emailed us saying " I WANT MY MONEY BACK I PLACED MY ORDER MONDAY MORNING AND STILL HASNT ARRIVED " not taking into account that the first 2 days of the week where bank holidays. There had been numerous Royal Mail strike days in December that saw huge backlogs both with Royal Mail, that then saw millions of parcels sent via courier companies as was featured on the news almost daily reporting on delays . We used a premium service from a courier company and yes they like others had become a little bogged down with the pure volume of parcels they were handling. we did not delay sending any orders out. W/C 26th December saw most delivery carriers still working through huge backlogs of parcels in some areas of the UK It was an aboslute joy to receive your rude & confontational emails acusing us of being "dodgy" and " are you even sure you sent the parcel " despite the courier tracking clearly showing we dropped it off at the parcel shop at 11-09am on Weds 28/12 - we packed your order on Boxing day. We refunded your order on Sat 31st December. I can see that the parcel has since been delivered you have not contacted us to tell us this, however as they say every cloud. As for your comments about nationality & someones name, well what can I say about this in the year 2022 !! The world evolves ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THANK YOU TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS We always dispatch customer orders very quickly usually the same day and all delivery companies are back to normal now and delvering super quick tihs week. Thanks to our customers for all the great comments and support they continue to show us. December is always a challenging month in relation to delivery timelines and 2022 was the most challenging December the majority of online companies have ever expericend due to the logistics issues in the UK home delivery sector, even the big boys like M&S were affected & had banners on their website advising of tranportation delays. Any delivery delays were not down to us, we bust a gut to get orders sent out the same day they were placed. Additionally we spent hours and hours often in the early hours of the morning supporting custmers with delivery timeline enquiries. Hi Vincent, thanks for your review You are based on the other side of the world and in normal circumstances ( outide of Christmas bank holidays & strile action in th UK ) the APPROXIMATE timeline for delivery to your country is 14 working days . We sent your order out the same day you placed it ( WE ALWAYS TURN ORDERS AROUND VERY QUICKLY ) ie Tuesday 20th December (as per the tracking link provided when you placed your order ) . Today Fri 6th January is the 9th Working day since we sent your order. please keep checking the tracking link we senT you and it will show when the order arrives in your country - please note it will not update again until it arraives in your country and clears customs. Hopefully this detailed explanantion along with the tracking link we sent you that shows we sent your order out within a few hours of it being placed & reassures you its on its way. Unfortunately we cant influnece uK strike action or public holidays when there is no transit of goods Your order i would expect should be with you within the next week, the weather in your country is some 20 degress warner than the UK Assured of the best possible service at all times Best wishes The AromaromaUk team

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review You may not be aware as you are based in Europe but there has been substantial strike action by UK Royal Mail that was in force at the time you placed your order. The tracking details show when we dropped the order at the post office & when it left the UK. If you refer to the tracking link sent via email shortly after you placed your order 21.45pm uk time on 18/12/22 , you will see the order is now in your country and awaiting customs clearnce We will email you privately and send you the tracking link again Thanks for ordering from us and im sure you will apprecaite delays in transit caused by UK strike action and various public holidays over Christmas & New Yeear are entirely out of our control. the great thing about parcel tracking is that customers can see how quickly we send orders out. Thanks for your review , similar to other reviews above from overseas customers GREAT TO SEE FROM THE TRACKING WE SENT YOU WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER THAT YOUR PARCEL WAS DELIVERED ON SATURDAY 31st December You are based on the other side of the world and in normal circumstances ( outide of Christmas bank holidays & strile action in th UK ) the APPROXIMATE timeline for delivery to your country is 14 working days and on this occaison you order was delivered within that time period. Had it not been for Chritmas public hilidays both in the UK & your country the parcel may have arraived soomer We sent your order out shortly after you placed it ( WE ALWAYS TURN ORDERS AROUND VERY QUICKLY ) as per the tracking link provided when you placed your order . Today Friday 6th December i can see it was delivered on New Years Eve - just in time !! thanks for taking time to leave a review we communicated regualrly in relation to your delayed order - we sent out the same day it was recieved as the couriers tracking provided clearly shows - unfortunatelly the tracking stopped updating and it looks like in the christmas chaos of millions of additional parcels going through courier networks that would have usaually gone via royal mail, they lost your single bottle order, this can sometimes happn as the parcels for a one bottle order are quite small. We offered you the opportunity of resending the order or a refund as we pride ourselves on great customer service, its so dissapointing when we bust a gut to send orders out the same day they are plaaced & then a delivery partner lets us both down - another benefit of tracking is that you can clearly see how quickly we dispatched the order. I ordered twice from Aromauk but both times there products were not to expectations. Bottles have gone weak and filthy breath smells off bottles. Very upset. I have ordered one more time so they can verify their products one more time. I hope they improve with quality.

Hi Vincent thanks for leaving a review however i am somewhat puzzled. You placed an order on 30/11 which is still in transit to you at the other side of the world; prior to this it was June 2021 ie 18 months ago when you last ordered, so if your review is from products ordered 18 months ago then its fair to say they may no longer be at their best !! or is todays review your memory of 18 months ago - im not reaaly sure. We have many regular customers in your country whom re order time & time again and we have had no quality issues reorted to us. Your order from 30/11 has 10 different brands ordered from numerous manufacturers so it will be interesting to see how you get on with them. assured of the best possible service and products at all times Have a great Christmas The AromaromaUk team

Good evening Guy apologies you had not yet recieved your order at the time you left this review 2 days ago, however i can see from the parcel tracking your order from us was delivered yesterday Tues 6/12/22 at 13.19pm I can confirm you placed your order at 7-45pm on Monday 21st November and as with all our orders we turned around very quickly & dispatched the next morning Tues 22nd November, however your parcel seems to have stalled once in the couriers transit system, apologoes for the delay. Assured of the best possible service & products at all times & apologies our delivey partner appears to have delayed in deliveing your order. Hi Keith Thanks for taking the time to leave a review , however your review appears to be the first we know of this issue . I have checked the courier address detail aand the address we used was the one given on your order, therefore we can only assume the courier delivered to the wrong address - apolpgies for this we will contact you directly by email re this issue to see if the order is now in your posession as i cant determine this from your review if you did indeed rescue your order from the incorrect delivery address. again apologies the courier appears to have mis delivered your order from us.
