“Generally a very good service. However, the numerous different products all seem the same strength despite their overblown descriptions. I will stay with my old golden friend in future, but take advantage of anything going as a freebee.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review & wow what a great review THANK YOU As a small business we strive to provide the best service & products. We pride ourselves on turning orders around very quickly & most go out the same day, dependent on what time they are placed DELIVERY OPTIONS We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders based on what the customer chooses at checkout, we offer a premium next day service for £7.99, free delivery is made by a courier service & clearly is not as quick as opting for a more expensinve first class or special delivery service.. If a customer opts for courier service its free for orders above £25 otherwise its £2.49. Any timelines quoted for delivery are APPROXIMATE & not guaranteed, with the exception of the Next Day special delivery service Thanks again for sharing your great experience, we really do appreciate your custom The AromaromaUk Team

“Products are good. Shipping is usually fast and efficient. Should be 5 STARS My only complaint is that I shouldn't have to pay 20% VAT because the goods are exported outside of the UK & EU. HM Revenue seems to agree but not Aromaromauk.”
