“On my last order of Sun flower seed and Badger food, I forgot the Ark Mixed MultiPack Suet Pellets. I rang back imediatly to add them to my order but was told it would have to be a separate order. This may have triggered an extra delivery cost, so I did not order it, this puts me out kilt. So I will have wait till I reorder. I think this should be made quite clear as to what would have happened if I had done the extra order.”

Dear Mike, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the oversight on your last order. We are unable to intersect orders once they are placed, as all orders go straight across to our external warehouse for prompt picking and packing. At this stage we are unable to alert our warehouse team to include another item in the parcel. Any additional items would need to be submitted as a new order, where you would be informed regarding additional delivery costs, if applicable, when placing an order both online and over the phone.
