“The DPD driver delivered our parcel to the wrong house. Efforts to contact them were in vain so I contacted Ark and a lovely lady was able to give me possible addresses in our Road where it may have neen left. My husband was then able to track it down. Good service from Ark.”

“The service is awlays very good. Prompt and easy to order. I only wish there was some incentive like a reward/points system each time you buy as it is expensive and I buy regularly. I will continue to buy each time but just feel it can encourage more people to buy when there is some kind of loyalty card.”
