“a lovely lady who aswered the phone soon sorted a problem for me. i am 80 and not very good at all on the internet..she went above and beyond to help me...i think her name was karen, but not sure now... thank you.”

“Been using ark wildlife for years. Great service & really lovely people at the end of the phone. My only gripe is often with the delivery guys who have in the past, delivered to the wrong address & I have had to lug really heavy bags of nuts or they just don’t read the delivery safe place or just thrown them down & bags split. However you cannot fault ark as they replaced the damages.”
