Throughout the process from designing and planning the kitchen with Caroline, having the kitchen fitted by Mark and then having the final check with Glyn we received a really friendly and quality service. I am totally in love with the new kitchen and can already see the difference it will make to our lives. Thanks!”

“From the very start we knew Aristocraft were the Kitchen company we wanted to use. They were very knowledgeable with the many different products they offered, extremely professional, good design, installation and quality was fantastic, once we agreed price for the kitchen there were no added extra's quoted at any time, in fact they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. “This is our third kitchen from Aristocraft and the second at our current house. As our kitchen is relatively small good use of space was important as was fitting in with our budget. From the outset the support we received from Richard was first class. The design he came up with made improved on the existing design using all the space available. The disappointment was an unforeseen need to change the main fuse box which added almost £500 to the bill. This was compounded by the delay in receiving the test certificate from the electrician despite several phone calls to the electrician and Aristocraft and visiting their offices to try and sort it out . Appreciate the work was done by a third party but he was recommended by Aristocraft as part of the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen as the quality of the product and the finish achieved is superb”

“We have received excellent help and assistance from the staff at Aristocraft from our initial visit to the showroom and then on subsequent visits to plan, choose and accept the competitive quote we received. The quote offer was accepted, our kitchen surveyed and manufacture of our kitchen was started, a fitting date of early May 2016 was agreed. The kitchen and worktop fitters were excellent tradesmen, polite and considerate of the environment they were working in. The kitchen is now fitted and looks fantastic, the units are of a superior quality to other well known kitchen suppliers and our quartz worktop completes the kitchen. Our overall experience with Aristocraft is nothing but positive with absolutely no reasons to complain or regret our choice of kitchen supplier and installer, I highly recommend Aristocraft for price, delivery and quality for anyone looking for a new kitchen. “We had two bedrooms and a kitchen installed last August. We are very pleased with them and everyone is impressed with their looks, quality and how well they have been fitted. The fitters were very professional and very clean and tidy. However good the products look in the showroom, unless they are fitted well they can look rubbish. I can't praise the fitters enough! As for the company, I would definitely recommend them. A young member of staff of one of the contracted companies made rather a mess which upset me. Aristocraft did all they could to sort the matter and clean it up very quickly. It was an oversight by the contracted company and they also acted very quickly to put things right. You only find out how good a company is, by how they deal with problems and the unexpected. I couldn't have asked for a better response from Aristocraft and the contracted company. There was a small issue with the timing of the plasterer. The fitter was ready to fit the bedroom but the plastering hadn't been done. Luckily it was done and little time was lost. The project manager was new and on holiday so we only saw him once when it was all finished! This issue that should not have gone wrong had it have been managed correctly! The appliances are fantastic. I do wished I had upgraded to a self clean oven, but it's down to money. Reaching over the door to the back of the oven is a long way! I also didn't want to pay for the built in microwave and said that I would put my free standing microwave on the shelf. It looked awful and would have spoiled the whole look of the slimline kitchen. I rushed out and bought the built in microwave to match the other appliances and it looks smashing. A lot of money but to finish off the kitchen - worth it! I did upgrade the washer to the 1400 spin speed and it's fantastic and also the dish washer. I had drawers in the kitchen and it is so easy to get at everything. They are well worth it. I also had the pull out wire rack shelves. It is difficult to clean the carcass when the drawer is pulled out, but it is so easy to get at everything. The bins in the cupboard are a nice size and keep all the clutter off the floor, which again finishes off the kitchen. In the bedroom I had a pull down rail. This has been a complete waste of money. It is so hard to pull down; the manufacturers say it will ease with use - we will see. This is the only thing that was not thought about correctly in the planning and checking stage. I don't have room to stand and pull it down because of the bed. I have to stand at the side which makes it even more difficult to pull down. I feel this should have been pointed out to me. All staff were helpful and polite. I feel they do their best and I would recommend Aristocraft.”

“After seeing how happy my daughter was with her kitchen supplied by Aristocraft we decided it was time to upgrade our own. They offered a faultless service from start to finish. The designer Caroline was extremely patient with our indecisiveness! She came up with a really beautiful design. They were always punctual and communication was consistent. Highly recommend !!”

“This is the second kitchen I have purchased from Aristocraft and the reason for my return the second time remains the same. we received fantastic first contact treatment from Richard, we had no nonsense consultations over the design, choice of materials (which is extensive and for all budgets), they did what they said they would do and on the dates they would do them such as measuring and fitting and their fitter Steve did an amazing job. Our builder hadn't heard of Aristocraft and was concerned that our personal choice of kitchen suppliers would be the same as his experience where doors don't fit, aren't supplied etc, but no, he was so impressed with this company that he now wants to recommend them to his own clients. Their customer care is second to none. Well done again Aristocraft. Jeff and Jenny Holmes”

“We have recently had a new kitchen fitted.The kitchen was supplied by Aristocraft,the process of planning the layout was pretty straightforward,with the help of the showroom staff.Any problems that occurred during fitting were overcome by the fitters Matt and Dave.In fact during the fit they made several suggestions re the layout which made the final outcome excellent.My wife and I are extremely pleased with the product and its fitment.We would have no hesitation in recommending Aristocraft to any future customers.Many thanks for a job well done.Mr & Mrs MILLS”

“Mark who fitted the kitchen did a fabulous job. He was great at resolving problems and keeping things calm! The cabinets are good quality, the design is just what I wanted. Once the design/sale completed I would suggest some refinement needs making to the management of errors as it is confusing and challenging for the customer. The lack of contact or interest from the sales team once the fitter is involved is not especially helpful. Overall though, the kitchen looks great.”
