“Our new kitchen is perfect and I cannot thank Judith Smith and Luke Siverns enough for the amazing, above and beyond, job they did after being let down by a senior member of the team at our initial meetings. Judith and Luke, especially Judith, were the main reason we stuck with Aristocraft. I also have to say, once the actual work commenced, all the trades used by Aristocraft were brilliant and I cannot fault a single element of the job: the rip-out of our old kitchen, the plastering, gas work, electrical fit, tiling and the quality and attention-to-detail of the final fit were all excellent. Everyone who came to our home was polite, professional and did an exceptional job. Overall, the experience has been stress free and the finished product is a joy and, based upon our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Aristocraft to friends and family.”

“This is the second time we have used Aristocraft to design and install our kitchen. The process tock longer than we were originally advised, and there were a few problems along the way, namely faulty cooker, some damaged units and the quartz unit not being finished off around the sink to a good standard. We felt is was us doing a lot of calling Aristocraft to get issues resolved, we accept nothing runs smooth when a project like this is undertaken, however it takes a 2 minute call by customer services to keep the customer informed. Now everything is completed we are very happy, and must give praise to Wayne the kitchen fitter, whose attention to detail was second to none. Craig who came to do the remedial work and the plasterers who did a first class job. All trades are a credit to your company.”

“Apologies for the delay in writing this review. Our kitchen was fitted earlier this year and I must say everything is still as good as when first fitted. On our initial visit to the showroom we met Richard Rowland who was excellent from the offset! Nothing was too much trouble even when he had completely designed a kitchen and I changed my mind in every detail possible, Richard's reaction was to smile and say no problem at all, you have to be happy with it. During our many visits to the showroom we never felt pressured or a nuisance, quite the opposite. The fitting team were all excellent every one of them was professional, polite, friendly and hard working again nothing was too much trouble ( a rarity these days!). We did have a couple of hiccups however, they were resolved by Carol who was again helpful and professional. All in all really pleased with the kitchen and would not hesitate in recommending this company. A big thank you to Mark the fitter who did a fabulous job his advice really was appreciated and his attention to detail was excellent in all aspects. Once again a genuine thank you to all the team at Aristocraft and Richard deserves a medal for being the most patient man I have ever met !! :-)”

“From the visit to Aristocrafts showroom to the completion of our new fitted kitchen we have been delighted, A very special thank you to Caroline who did a wonderful design and was a delight to deal with. Also a big thank you to Mark the fitter who did a wonderful job, Mark and Megan the electricians, Luke and Jake the plasterers,Craig the plumber,Andy the tiler and also thank you to all the other people from start to finish. “Our first encounter with Richard Rowland was at the Aristocraft stand at the Grand Designs Live exhibition at the NEC and we saw enough to contact him to ask him to design our kitchen. This was part of an extension to create an open plan dining room/kitchen. Because the new kitchen was very different to the existing one and we had difficulty in envisaging the new kitchen, there were several layout changes before the final design was agreed upon. Richard was very patient and very helpful. He informed us when our first choice of kitchen was going to be discontinued before the likely fitting date and although they could get it in for us, he also gave us the options of choosing another kitchen, which we did, or having a refund of the deposit paid. Richard liaised with the builders and prepared a wiring plan for the kitchen area. We were also impressed with other staff, Andy in the showroom who took it upon himself to help us one day when Richard wasn't available, Dave, the installations manager, Carol in the office and Steve Norton who fitted the kitchen with such attention to detail and was a pleasure to have in our home. We had a visit from the Managing Director Glyn Davies, whom, we understand, visits all installations to check that they are up to company's standards. We are delighted with our new kitchen which others have said has the 'wow' factor.”

“Friendly sales staff, very professional surveying and planning, and first rate trades people to install the new kitchen. A well organised end-to-end process. Thanks to Richard and especially to Mark and all of the various trades involved - happy to have them all in the house. We had a problem with small dents on a door, Carol and Craig were very helpful in progressing this to a satisfactory conclusion. Satisfied customers.”

“Our Aristocraft kitchen was completed recently and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. Caroline was very helpful with the planning, and all the contractors arrived on time, completed the work to our satisfaction and left everything neat and tidy. Wayne the fitter was exceptional, he was a pleasure to have in our home, he did everything we asked for and more, his attention to detail was superb. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aristocraft to anyone. Mr & Mrs Robinson”

Richard Rowland was great at getting the balance right of providing us with the benefit of his expertise while listening to what we wanted and making suggestions to improve our ideas. “From start to finish the whole experience was faultless, the communication was great and the installation team turned up on time every day. “We received the best service from Richard Rowland and his team. He gave us lots of time from the first consultation through installation to completion. Helping us find a kitchen within budget that was best for our extension. He went the extra mile for us. We love our kitchen. The best quality and all our friends love it. I would recommend aristocraft kitchens to everyone.”

“Kitchen quality is excellent. We are delighted with it! Customer service pre-installation was also excellent. Why only 4 stars? Post installation customer service could and should be better. As with any installation, there were a few bits that needed snagging. We had to chase a few times to get them out. When they did come out, they did a great job at finishing off. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.”

“I cannot believe these reviews are genuine. I will be posted my receipt, paperwork, photo's, videos, recorded calls for genuine customers to listen to how I have been dealt with and emails from Aristocraft confirming the poor service. They even went as far as to force £1000 out of my elderly mother in law while I was on holiday and went around her house to get it before the job was complete. They started the Job Mid April 2017 and they still have not finished (3 and a half months later). I will tell ad show you more in the next few days. Once you see my video of my kitchen, and the full review and paperwork, you will know I am a genuine customer that has been treated appallingly. I hope you do not allow them to do the same to you. Let me see if they confirm I am a genuine purchaser. Oh yes, I have started the process to take them to court.”
