“We were very pleased with the kitchen units and all the contractors were brilliant. Especially Craig , the electrician, the plasterer and the fitter. We struggled with getting it finished as the radiator needed rehanging etc and time passed to get the work finished. Also the measurements were out as there was no longer room for the kitchen table etc and the radiator had to be moved. Also it wasn't the cooker I asked for. L”

“Caroline designed our kitchen beautifully including everything and more we had asked.from start to finish the coordination of workmen and deliveries of furniture and appliances was perfect. The team were both friendly and polite. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. Now we have a quality kitchen to be proud of. After much research and shopping around we found Aristocraft offer top quality kitchens at competitive prices. And yes we really do have that Wow factor !”

“The finished kitchen is absolutely great, we are both so pleased with it. The whole team did a fantastic job, Carol kept us informed and sorted any problems promptly. Steve the fitter co-ordinated everyone, including the plastering, the electrician, the tiler, and the plumber. Steves attention to detail is a credit to him, and the whole team. We would have no doubt recommending Aristocraft to anyone looking for a new kitchen. In fact we have, and our friends have ordered theirs. Once again thank you Aristocraft, a great job.”

“I have had 2 kitchens from Aristocraft over the years and this is because their quality, efficiency, design and customer service is second to none. They listen to what you want, completely understand that budgets are important to a customer and then deliver exactly what you want. No missing doors with this company- quality all the way.”

“Good morning Our kitchen has now been fitted for some time and I feel able to sumbit my review. The overall kitchen, quality and fittings are lovely. To start with we found things to be very shoddy no one seemed to want to do what we had been told had been included. They stripped the kitchen but, after some arguments, did part of the floor leaving the fixings for me and my husband to spent 3 hours getting the rest of up ourselves. The guy who did the tiling was great and his work second to none. The plasterer after some disagreement with yourselves over what was included was very good too. The kitchen fitter was again very nice (although he did say he would do some further work for us and after several promises from him we gave up). Finally the plumbing - here we are not at all pleased, the mixer tap has come loose several time, my husband has tightened it up with a screw driver. The noise in the sink when the washing machine is on is unbelievable (it never made a sound before your guy changed the pipe work) and although the main man said he would send some one round, he never did. We also seem to have a dripping noise that we never had before, it comes when we put the hot tap on upstairs so I presume something was fitted in the waste pipe in the kitchen and it is dripping onto that, we can see not sign of water damage so think this can be the only reason. I trust you will take time to read this and look forward to receiving your comments in due course T Newton”

“We are extremely pleased with our beautiful fitted wardrobes and bedsides cabinets . From start to finish we had excellent customer service from Andy Pye who designed our bedroom and from our fitter Wayne who made a fantastic job of the fitting . We would definately recommend Aristocraft .”

“Lovely family company who are prepared to listen and put right any problems. Our fitter Steve was spectacular and really went the extra mile to keep us informed of late deliveries etc. The kitchen took longer to fit than we anticipated but the end result was worth the wait. Steve did a wonderful job and is a really nice man to deal with. I would recommend Aristocraft for their quality product and after sales service.”
