“Hello! Thank you, you did almost well, BUT I ordered "Happy Birthday Balloon Giftset £19.99" and you delivered only ONE balloon! It was disappointing.. And the difference is around 14.. I would like to have it back. I really hope it is rare mistake, beside this moment, flowers, photo, delivery were great! I really hope next time there is gonna be no mistakes. Thank you. Ksenia”

“My Mum loved her flowers - beautifully arranged, lovely choice of blooms and nicely scented. Delivery was effected as requested. I chose Arena over Marks & Spencers as their quality has diminished over the last few years. Very happy with choice.”

“The flowers for my Mother you delivered were half dead and the vase was smashed, the courier left the flowers on the door step although my parents were at home, over all the experience was very poor. You did try and redeem things by delivering another bunch of flowers the following Monday they were not the greatest quality and it did not make up for the disappointment my Mother felt, would not recommend any one else to you, flowers have a big emotional sentiment for the person you send them to and also how much they mean too from the person that sent them, half wilting flowers and a broken vase does not conjure up the sentiment I intended for Mothers day.”

“I live abroad and always send my mum flowers for her birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day and sometimes…just because… When I called her on Mother's Day she excitedly told me the flowers I send are always lovely however the roses I sent through Arena Flowers this Mother's Day were absolutely the most beautiful she had received. Thanks for helping bring me a little closer to my mum.”
