“I was referred to Arena Flowers by another company I regularly use, who could not place my order for delivery to France. They assured me that Arena provided an excellent service. Upon this recommendation I placed my order; however, there was a problem with the recipient's address and Arena contacted me immediately to inform me and to request further details. Fortunately I had the additional information and the flowers were delivered promptly. I then received advice from Arena to confirm successful delivery. I was very impressed by this follow-up as I did not expect it. I would certainly use Arena again if I wanted to send flowers to France and I would also recommend their service to my friends.”

“Hello, Im in Australia and I have used Arena many times to send flowers to my Aunt in the UK. It's lovely to be able to place an order confidently knowing that the flowers will arrive as expected and that they will be absolutely beautiful. “I have used arena flowers on a number of occasions but this is the first time I had the flowers delivered to my home address so it was my first opportunity to the see the flowers first hand. I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - particularly the sun flowers which had significant browning to the petals and lasted on day before having to be removed from the vase. Given this was the most expensive order I was expecting much better quality. I will not be using this company again.”
