At the time of delivery, had we received an email and a photo we would have been happy to help as we pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our bouquets and would have liked to have put that right. “Always on time and with beautiful flowers, I thought customer service was dead until i used Arena Flowers. They can never do enough for their customers. I have had emails from the support staff just checking that i was happy with the service, I certainly am, The best place on the net to get your flowers from, supurb. I will not use anyone else..”

“The big bunch of roses arrived on time as promised and gave much pleasure to all, the day of my young friends' wedding in France. Everyone commented on how fresh and pretty they were. This meant a lot to me as it was just what I wanted to achieve as I was far away in England. Thank all at Arena for your efficiency.”

“I use Arena all the time and everyone says how wonderful the flowers are. In fact a show biz agent said they were much better than the usual florists and asked who I used, so they must be pretty good!”

“Can never use discount code as when you enter the information, it deletes all previous information that has been entered. Have had to telephone to get the discount applied but this takes so long, I have given up now. Very frustrating.”
