“I have been a customer of Arena flowers for 5 years now; eversince I started dating my wife. Extremely pleased with their customer service, and of course their delivery person make sure that the flowers remain fresh and unharm during the transport. There was once when the flask arrived broken, with a call to their office, one was sent to us the next day. They do recognize and reward their customers with free upgrades every now and again.”

“I have used this service 3 times, and it has been seamless. My mother has been delighted by the flower selections on each occasion, and they were delivered promptly, and with extra instructions followed. On one occasion I omitted something from my order and had to contact them to change the order before it was processed. Again, no problems. I am pretty fussy, but have been very happy with this service.”

“I was extremely pleased with Arena Flowers. I ordered around noon and got the flowers delivered on the same day and they even dropped the flowers off at the neighbour even tho I forgot to mention it in the order. I recommend Arena Flowers!”

“I had a miserable experience lately when I used Arena flowers to send flowers to Delhi in India. It was a sad occasion as my husband's bother had passed away. I explained to the person who took the order who assured me that they have partners in Delhi who will provide a good service. I did not hear anything from my relatives in Delhi. This was very odd so I decided to ask them after a couple of weeks if they had received the flowers. He said he did but was not sure who had sent them. Also the flowers were not in good condition. I contacted the customer service dept of the Arena flowers who wanted to provide an evidence of flowers being delivered late and being in bad condition. It was not possible as the flowers had already been destroyed. I feel that its very unreasonable of the Arena flowers to expect a photograph of the flowers especially when they had not asked me to arrange a photo when I placed the order. Also it was a sad occasion and people are not in a position to take photos at mourning. Overall, I feel that it was insensitive to even ask for a photo and not accept the responsibility for their partner in India. How will they ever choose their partners right with an approach like this? I am not going to use them for international deliver any more.”
