“I made an order with arena flowers and I am very disappointed that it didn't arrive at its delivery address by 18:00 hours. This is unacceptable because I have trusted the company to deliver and paid extra for the same day delivery . I am saddened that I have placed such an important delivery with arena flowers as there are loads of company's to choose from. My love life has nothing to do with you however the company's product has everything to do with my love life. Them flowers which where over an hour late were going to be the start of surprises that led up to me asking the women I love the big question. You spoilt my big day and I am sick with anger with this company. A very disappointed customer”

“Ordered from Spain, funeral flowers in a pink theme, stargazer lillies etc., and black ribbon for a pink themed funeral , for my nephew in the UK. Arrived at the funeral to find a pathetic bunch of white flowers with three tiny bits of pink flowers and a green ribbon. I am absolutely gutted to have spent over £53 for utter rubbish, and heartbroken that my families tribute didn't do justice to my nephews memory. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THAT IS THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY TO RE-THINK BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!”

“Valentines day 2013 arrived a day late. Valentines day 2014 arrived, broken vase placed in a dustbin upside down, 19 roses instead of 20, all heads squashed covered in glass, got offered a replacement or refund, replacement sent and looked like it was left in a box for a week, 2 rose heads broken off and a vase you could bathe in was like rubbing salt into a wound. Phoned up and got told to send pictures, apparently they look beautiful and offered me 25% money back and 25% off my next order, REALLY you you use this company again so I asked for 50% back and they refused and said 35%. I said I won't be using you again the lass got stroppy and said I'll give you a refund What sounded like 50% but not too sure I'll have some money in my bank in a couple of days and will defiantly NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“The delivery of flowers for a special occasion was a disappointment, it took longer (12 hours) to get to my home from the local delivery depot, which is 40 miles away from my home, than it did to come from the despatch depot in the south of England. I sent an email to ARENA however they did not have the decency to reply, so much for "satisfaction guaranteed" poor service level. This is not the first time this has happened, but it WILL be the last.”

“I ordered the Rose and Freesia Deluxe for my Mum for Chinese New Year. The bouquet arrived tied and really really fresh, the flowers lasted a good 18 days which she was over the moon about. If anything, there was perhaps a little too much greenery. Great service, lovely blooms, will be back to order again. Thanks!”

“Arena used to be a decent little company, now they are just an incompetent dispersement middle man who books orders with other florists (if you're lucky!) They take your money, charging for expensive arrangements that are then obviously bought as cheaper options (you never get what you see on their site). That's if you're lucky enough to get the flowers at all. On two occasions now Arena have failed to deliver for several days, then they compound it by not answering the phone and ignoring emails. You have to contact your bank to get the money back as they never provide refunds. I'm not sure how they can keep on doing business. Contact your local florist or use Interflora. Arena will disappoint you and the intended recipient and then ignore you and try to keep your cash.”

“Ordered a dozen red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day, the quality was reasonable, the usual quality for a busy period and there were only 10 roses in the bunch”

“Ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday on the 9 th feb ready for the 10th feb 10th came and went NO FLOWERS 11th came up to 4pm NO FLOWERS phone to find what happened to them and get told the flowers I ordered where not available even though they had taken my money from my bank account on the 10th if I had not phoned I would have been non the wiser because they never even botherd to let me know, I will not be using this company again and also will let every one I know not to”

“Would expect better quality flowers for the price I paid for them. Quite a few were already browning around the edges. Not what I like for a £60 bunch of flowers. Disappointed.”
