“Delivery was at a good time, the recipient loved the quantity and the colours and it generated a real feel-good factor at a difficult time. The only thing that could have been better is if you delivered on a Sunday.”

“I have used Arena Flowers several times over the past year and cannot speak too highly about the wonderful service I have received. My orders have been dealt with kindly and efficiently and I am so impressed with the way I have been kept in touch with the whole process, through to the delivery of the flowers. Amazing! And last, but by no means least, the feedback I have received from each recipient about their flowers has been fantastic. All have reported how fresh and very beautiful they are. Thank you, Arena Flowers, - I wouldn't use anyone else.”

“Brilliant service. My friend was very pleased with her bouquet and told me that it was wrapped in a big box to protect it. I'm grateful that she received it on her birthday! I will use Arena Flowers again to send flowers abroad.”

“Beautiful flowers. We ordered them for my aunties 97th birthday, she was over the moon with them. Will definately order again. “We have used Arena several times and they've never let us down. Due to the crazy Capital Controls imposed by the Greek government we were unable to send a gift to my mother from John Lewis for her 90th birthday (they refused our Debit Card). Arena came to the rescue – all very last minute but the delivery was made next day on Mum's birthday, which also happens to be New Years Eve. Well done.”

“I ordered 2 lots of Christmas bouquets for delivery on the 23rd December and not only was the whole ordering process very easy and clear to use on the website but the flowers were delivered on time and looked fabulous according to the recipients! “Wonderful, compassionate company with beautiful flower displays. I'm 85 and made an error in my ordering. Arena flowers were very sympathetic and understanding. They sent a substitute arrangement which rectified the situation and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a happy outcome for me. Thank you so very much. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time using Arena Flowers and since I am not familiar with internet ordering I placed my order over the phone. I live in Australia and wanted to send flowers and a gift to my Sister-in-law's sister who lives in England. Arena Flowers customer service is excellent the sales person was courteous, helpful, very patient and thorough. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and I was notified via email that they had been delivered. The recipient was thrilled with the flowers and the gifts. I wil use Arena Flowers again and would recommend using this company to anyone who wants to send flowers and gifts. Thank you Arena Flowers.”

“Great customer service. Ordering went very smoothly since I was placing the order from Northern California and was unsure about how the flowers were going to look upon delivery. The recipients of the floral arrangement thought the flowers were beautiful, they sent me a photo and I agree they looked lovely!”
